Tanya Tate Reveals She Sold Her Motorcycle for Her First Boob Job

The British erotic icon recently appeared on the MAXXED podcast (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkXnYn1RO1Y), hosted by Karina Thompson, for an honest conversation about her long journey with body confidence, breast augmentation, pregnancy, aging, and self-acceptance.
In her late 20s, while living in England, Tanya Tate decided she wanted her first breast augmentation. Rather than simply saving for the procedure, she sold her fully paid-off motorcycle to help fund it.
“I sold my Suzuki SV 650S and used the money to get a pair of boobs,” Tanya Tate revealed during the podcast. “Best move I ever made.”
That first procedure took Tanya Tate from approximately a 34C to a 34DD with 440cc implants. Shortly after, she underwent additional surgery after complications with the original implants and eventually settled on 500cc implants, which remained part of her body for many years.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding brought another major change. After breastfeeding for approximately a year, Tanya Tate said her breasts had stretched and shifted, creating discomfort that she lived with for years. Eventually, after focusing on her health and researching surgeons in Los Angeles, she underwent a major revision.
The process included removing her longtime implants, a breast lift, and replacement implants. Although the initial 485cc implants produced an improved appearance, Tanya Tate ultimately realized she preferred a larger size. After a subsequent increase to 650cc, she has settled on 800cc implants, which she says finally feel right for her.
Her journey has not been without criticism. Tanya Tate has faced negative comments about her scars and changes to her appearance, but she has learned to prioritize her own happiness over outside opinions.
“I love the love and I just block the hate,” Tanya Tate said. She also offered a message that extends beyond her own experience: “We do the things for us as people, what we want.”
After nearly two decades in the entertainment industry, Tanya Tate continues to embrace her body and her evolution. For her, confidence is not about meeting someone else's expectations. It is about accepting yourself at every stage of life.
“You have to love yourself. You have to love your body,” Tanya Tate shared. “The highest vibration is always love.”
